Q:  Do you list houses on the MLS or actually buy them?
A:  We are direct buyers who will buy your house outright, as-is. We’re not agents who hope to list your house in exchange for a commission. Q:  How do you determine your offer price?
A:  First we take a look at what other comparable homes in the area are selling for. We will then take into consideration the condition of the house and the cost of repairs. We will come up with an offer that is fair, giving you a solution to your troublesome property in only a matter of days. Each offer we make is unique to the house we are looking at. We do not make blanket offers.

Q:  Are there any costs when we work together?

Q:  How long will the process take?
A:  Not long. We will make you a soft offer over the phone, then come to see the property in person. If all checks out, we will finalize the offer and be ready to close in only a few short days. If you need longer, we’ll close at your convenience. Our goal is to make the process as simple as possible for you.
